Oren-Olivier Puder is an expert in banking and finance law, asset management and FinTech. He advises both Swiss and international clients on regulatory, contractual and commercial matters. He assists banks and financial institutions and represents them before regulatory authorities, in particular FINMA, and the courts. Oren-Olivier Puder specialises in the structuring of financial products and regulatory issues related to the blockchain, tokenisation and digital asset trading. His other areas of expertise include corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and private clients. He is a co-founder of Taurus SA and sits on the board of several financial institutions.
