Selina Müller is an SBA-Certified Specialist in Employment Law, advising clients on drafting and reviewing contracts and on implementing compensation plans, collective dismissals and social plans. She has extensive experience in company transfers, mergers and acquisitions, lease of services cross-border employee transfers and international immigration processes. She assists her clients in transaction settlement negotiations, as well as in court and arbitration proceedings. Selina Müller also serves as a conciliation judge of Geneva.
