Matteo Inaudi focuses on all legal issues relating to economic law. He serves on a number of boards of directors and has an excellent understanding of how companies operate and the challenges they face. Matteo Inaudi advises both private individuals and companies on their commercial activities and also practices economic criminal law. He is also regularly involved in banking law, with a particular focus on asset management issues. With his interest in commercial litigation, Matteo Inaudi has developed a parallel practice in international arbitration, where he acts both as counsel and as sole arbitrator or member of an arbitral panel.
