Catherine Ming advises and assists in the creation of non-profit entities and chairs several foundations and trusts in Switzerland and abroad. She advises people who wish to settle their estate through inheritance arrangements in view of their family situation and assets and has solid experience in executing wills. She is a proponent of dispute resolution through alternative means to court proceedings, in particular mediation.
